I grew up on a smallholding in Cornwall. After some travelling and working I was lucky enough to get a place at the Royal Veterinary College. I graduated from there in 2001, having met lots of lovely friends, including my wife, during my time there. I moved to Dorset in 2004 and have lived and worked here ever since. I have post-graduate qualifications in ophthalmology and small animal surgery. I have been granted the status of advanced practitioner in veterinary ophthalmology by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
I live with my wife and two children in an old house that we have been renovating forever. We have dogs, guinea-pigs and chickens. If I can find any spare time I like to walk the dogs, ride my motorbike and have a beer or two with my friends.
